Typical process flow

Integrated manufacturing, fewer handoffs.

Many product families combine machining, finishing and assembly steps within the Ada operation.

1

Machine

NC turning, machining centers and hobbing create critical geometry from forging or bar stock.

2

Finish

Grinding, surface finishing, spline cutting and high-frequency quenching support demanding dimensions and surfaces.

3

Join / Mold

Plasma or laser welding, spin riveting, insert molding and overmolding integrate multi-material components.

4

Assemble & Verify

Automated or manual assembly with wash, press, leak test, dimensional checks, quality confirmation and packing.

Quality & validation

Measurement and testing support on site.

The company overview identifies dedicated quality and test-lab equipment supporting production validation and inspection.

Quality Lab

Capabilities include CMM measurement, roundness testing and surface testing, supported by dedicated quality-lab equipment.

Test Lab

Test resources include an Auto-Graph strength tester, thermostat chambers for thermal-cycle durability, strength testing, T-slot fixtures and an oven for material durability work.
