Conflict Minerals Statement

In support of Ada Technologies policy on Conflict Minerals, suppliers are expected to supply materials to Ada Technologies that are “DRC Conflict Free” in accordance with the Dodd – Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.

Ada Technologies encourages our suppliers to adopt similar policies and management systems with respect to Conflict Minerals and to drive those efforts throughout their supply chain to ensure that the specified metals are being sourced only from mines and smelter outside the “Conflict Region” or mines and smelters within the Conflict Region which have been certified by an independent third party as “conflict free”. Ada Technologies expects suppliers to establish their own due diligence program to ensure conflict-free supply chains.

In the event Ada Technologies determines that a supplier’s efforts to comply with this Policy have been deficient and the supplier fails to cooperate in developing and implementing reasonable remedial steps, Ada Technologies reserves the right to take appropriate actions up to and including discontinuing purchases from the Supplier.

Ada Technologies will survey direct suppliers as a part of our conflict minerals due diligence program. Suppliers are expected to respond to survey requests in a timely manner, and with full disclosure following the specific instructions provided.
Sincerely,

Nori Suzuki
President
